Panel 4: Neuracnu showed us a clip of "The Care Bears Movie", which is where his name comes from. There's a scene where a kid is spinning around inside an amusement park spinning-barrel thingy, and with absolutely no explanation, he says "Neuracnu!" It seems to be some magic word to make the barrel stop spinning, perhaps.
