Panel 1: TC is talking, of course, about one of his Minerva Mink cels. At some point during the making of "Moon Over Minerva", someone decreed that Minerva's cleavage should be removed, and it was done by covering the cleavage line on the cels with Liquid Paper.
Panel 3: Blücher was a guy who often came to #watertower around that time.
