An odd thing about the restaurant... we were seated next to the outer wall, which was carpeted like the floor... the floor rotated but the wall didn't. Neu said he was getting rug burns from the wall!
Panel 6:
Of course, the observation deck is not actually on the roof, but it's surrounded by a metal fence; Neu actually did stick his head through the fence and almost got stuck, which explains the odd detail in the drawing.
