Would you believe Roger Ebert inspired this cartoon? On April 7, 2009 in the Chicago Sun-Times, he wrote a column criticizing Bill O'Reilly. The last paragraph made fun of O'Reilly's overinflated sense of self-importance: "That reminds me of the famous story about Squeaky the Chicago Mouse. It seems that Squeaky was floating on his back along the Chicago River one day. Approaching the Michigan Avenue lift bridge, he called out: Raise the bridge!
